§ 162-1433. Expiration and renewal of certificate.

Each tow truck certificate issued by the superintendent of police pursuant to the provisions of this division, unless earlier removed for cause, shall expire at the end of the month of the next scheduled inspection by the department of police; shall be renewable on the first of such month; and shall show by numeral on the face thereof the subsequent month scheduled for its expiration and renewal.
