§ 162-1376. Required.

The superintendent of the department of police shall cause each tow truck which shall be used in the performance of zone responsibilities to be inspected for conformance with the tow truck requirements as hereinafter established in this article. The superintendent shall make available a list of items which shall be inspected when a tow truck is subject to inspection.
