§ 162-1332. Application.

Each applicant for a tow zone license shall make application with the department of police for same, shall meet the requirements as established by law, and shall certify that all the requirements have been properly satisfied. No license shall be granted if the applicant fails to meet the requirements of this article or if the applicant provides the department of police with false, misleading, or incomplete information. Licenses issued on the basis of false, misleading, or incomplete information furnished by the applicant may be revoked by the superintendent of police.
