§ 162-799. Advertising holder inspection fee.

There shall be an annual fee of $25.00 for advertising devices, payable in semiannual installments of $12.50 at the time of inspection. This fee shall be collected by the for-hire vehicle inspection station and shall be deposited with the department of finance. This fee shall not be charged for an animal-drawn vehicle advertisement.
