§ 162-796. Holder not to interfere with passengers.

No advertising sign, poster or advertising card holder, official notice, identification card or sticker required by any other provisions of this article, although otherwise complying with the provisions of this article, shall be placed in such a position within the vehicle as to interfere with the full use of the vehicle by passengers or with any equipment of such vehicle.
