§ 162-794. Indecent advertising prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any advertisement to carry pictures or designs of an indecent, lewd, immoral, salacious or lascivious nature, or to be worded in such a sense as to be suggestive in an immoral manner. No advertisement that would adversely affect the morals of youth and small children or in any way be contrary to the interests and welfare of the public shall be permitted at any time.
