§ 162-324. Processing fee.

Upon application for transfer or reissuance of a certificate under this division, the applicant shall pay a fee of $150.00 for the first transfer after the effective date of this section and $350.00 for all subsequent transfers of the same CPNC to the ground transportation bureau of the department of safety and permits to cover the administrative cost of transferring such certificate.
