§ 162-246. No addiction to intoxicating drugs.

The applicant for a driver's permit shall not be addicted to the use of intoxicating liquors and shall not use any controlled dangerous substance as set forth in R.S. 40:961, et seq., or any combination thereof, except under the supervision of a licensed physician for medical purposes and in the manner as set forth in section 162-247(e) of this article.
