§ 162-181. Generally.

Each person who shall make application to the director of the department of safety and permits for a CPNC, shall meet the requirements as established by law, and shall certify that all of the requirements have been properly satisfied. No license shall be granted if the applicant fails to meet the requirements of this chapter or if the applicant provides the department of utilities with false, misleading or incomplete information. Licenses issued on the basis of false, misleading or incomplete information furnished by the applicant may be revoked by the director of the department of safety and permits.
