§ 162-97. Expired driver's permit.

(a)

Failure to make timely application for renewal of the driver's permit shall result in a delinquent fee of $100.00.

(b)

Permit holders who have allowed their permits to expire for a period of three months shall be considered to be a new applicant for a permit and shall pay any accumulated fees to the taxicab and for hire vehicle bureau and shall conform to all the requirements pertaining to such applicant in obtaining such permit.
