§ 162-89. Possession of valid permit.

The driver's permit shall be carried by the driver at all times when the driver is operating the vehicle. For the purpose of this article, every permit which is under suspension or which has been revoked as provided in this chapter shall be considered invalid unless and until the same is reinstated.
