§ 162-87. Issuance of permit.

Whenever an applicant for a permit to operate a for-hire vehicle as a driver has met all of the requirements provided under this article and the supervisor of the ground transportation bureau has so reported to the director of the department of safety and permits, if the director finds the report to be correct, a driver's permit shall be issued of a size, color and form to be determined by the director.
