§ 162-56. Not provide the bureau with any material false or misleading information.

  • In order to obtain or maintain a driver permit, company permit, or CPNC, the applicant, driver, company, or CPNC holder shall not provide the bureau with any material false or misleading information. A violation of this article shall constitute cause for denial of the application or suspension or revocation of the driver permit, company permit, or CPNC. False or misleading information is considered "material" if the driver's permit or CPNC may have been denied had an accurate response been given.
