§ 158-849. Penalty applicable to plumbers who make connections.

The prohibition provided in section 158-848 shall apply not alone to the owner or occupant of the premises, but alike to the plumber or other person who shall do the work of fitting and connecting the discharge of anything other than the runoff from rainfall with the subpavement drain pipes, and they may both be adjudged guilty of the same offense.
