§ 158-842. When connection permitted.

Notwithstanding anything in this article to the contrary, a connection may be made or maintained between the potable public water supply system under the control and jurisdiction of the sewerage and water board and any other water supply, the source of which is distinct from the public water supply, if such connection meets the requirements of the health authorities having jurisdiction of the purity of the water supply.
