§ 158-841. Connection to another water supply prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, political subdivision of the state or federal agency to make, cause or permit to be made or maintained, for any purpose whatsoever, any connection between the potable public water supply system, under the control and jurisdiction of the sewerage and water board and any other water supply system the source of which is distinct from the public water supply.
