§ 158-839. Bathing in or otherwise contaminating reservoirs.

No person shall bathe in any reservoir of the sewerage and water board, shall commit any nuisance upon the grounds of any such reservoir, shall put any offensive matter into any such reservoir or shall in any manner contaminate the water therein.
