§ 158-785. Amendment of the plan.

The utility shall notify the city council of any event which occurs that can or will have a material effect in the judgment of the utility (in collaboration with the working group) on the plan currently on file with the city council. Such notification shall occur as soon as practicable, and in any event, shall be included in the utility's required six-month submission stipulated in section 158-783(d). To the extent that such event will affect electric service and ratepayer total costs, the utility will disclose the impact of such event and propose amendments to the then-effective plan, as appropriate.
