§ 158-484. Oral argument.

Any party may request oral argument at any time prior to the final determination of any proceeding, but oral argument shall be allowed only in the sound discretion of the council or its designated presiding agent. A request for oral argument may be incorporated in the exceptions, reply to exceptions, petition for reconsideration or in a separate pleading.
