§ 158-326. Incorporation by reference of council records.

Any pleading may adopt and incorporate, by specific reference thereto, any part of any document or entry in the official files and records of the council. Testimony, exhibits, and other matters of a like nature are excepted from this section, unless with specific approval of the council and this section shall not relieve any applicant of the necessity of alleging and providing in detail, where required, such facts as the council may in its sound discretion deem necessary to the proper determination of a case.
