In addition to the information required by the standard filing requirements, the council
has the authority to and may require in writing supplemental information necessary
to fulfill and/or satisfy the purposes of this article, as previously set forth. If
any supplemental information requests are considered necessary, the utility shall
respond to such requests within 30 days after receipt of such written request, or
within such additional period of time as the council, for good cause shown, may allow.
And, unless otherwise ordered by the council, the filing of supplemental information
shall comply with the requirements of section 158-91.
