§ 154-1653. Exceptions.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall not be applicable to funeral processions or to parades by forces of the United States Armed Services, the military forces of this state or forces of the departments of police and fire of the city.

(b)

No part of this article shall be construed to interfere with lawful picketing.
