§ 154-1608. Drivers to exercise due care.

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this article, every driver of a vehicle shall exercise reasonable caution to avoid colliding with any pedestrian on any roadway, and shall give warning by sounding his horn when necessary, besides taking proper precautions by slowing his vehicle when observing any child or any confused or incapacitated person upon the roadway on which he is traveling.
