§ 154-1421. Parking of bicycles and similar devices.

No person shall deposit, place, or store an individual small vehicle, including a bicycle, or similar device upon the rights-of-way other than at or on a proper bike rack or other designated storage area. Any individual small vehicles, including bicycles, or similar devices that are improperly deposited, placed, or stored on the rights-of-way shall be deemed an encumbrance or obstruction and subject to immediate removal.
