§ 154-1409. Rental of individual small vehicles.

Any person, natural or juridical, that offers for rent bicycles shall not rent or offer for rent any bicycle unless each bicycle is registered with the department and has received a correlating bicycle certificate sticker, which shall be prominently attached to each individual bicycle.
