§ 154-1404. Registration application and fee.

(a)

Applications to register bicycles shall be made upon a form provided by the department. There shall be a $5.00 application fee for each registered bicycle.

(b)

It shall be a violation of this article for any person to register a bicycle when they know or have reasonable grounds to believe that they are not the owner or authorized by the owner to possess and register the bicycle.
