This division shall be operative as displayed on the multispace pay station receipt,
single/double space parking meter, or via online payment systems (the "OPS"), which
includes, but is not limited to, transactions conducted by phone, mobile phone, SMS
text message, web browser or other electronic means, except as otherwise set forth
in this chapter.
