§ 154-1042. Parking next to construction.

  • (a)

    The city traffic engineer shall have the authority to erect signs restricting parking on either side of any street adjacent to any construction site, when parking would, in his opinion, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation, and when appropriate signs are erected, no person shall park a vehicle in any such designated place.

    (b)

    The city traffic engineer shall have the authority to install those parking restrictions he deems necessary until such construction is complete.
