§ 154-1040. No stopping or parking near hazardous or congested places.

The public parking administrator may determine and designate, by proper signs, places not exceeding 150 feet in length in which the stopping or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic, and when such signs are erected no person shall stop or park a vehicle in any such designated place.
