§ 154-681. Division of parking—Created.

There is hereby created and established within the department of streets, under the supervision and direction of the director thereof, a division to be known and designated as the "division of parking." the public parking administrator shall be head of this division and shall be appointed by the director of the department of streets in accordance with civil service law.
