§ 154-1148. Penalties for misrepresentation, illegal use.

(a)

The parking administrator is authorized to revoke the residential or special parking permit of any permittee found to be in violation of section 154-1147 and upon written notification thereof the permittee shall surrender such permit to the parking administrator.

(b)

Any person who shall violate any provision of section 154-1147 shall, upon conviction, be subject to punishment by a fine of not more than $500.00.
