§ 154-102. Jurisdiction; rules.

  • (a)

    The jurisdiction of the traffic court shall extend to the trial of offenses against the ordinances of the city regulating traffic upon the public streets of the city and such other jurisdiction as may be hereafter conferred upon it by the state constitution.

    (b)

    The court shall further have the power to adopt such rules and regulations governing the operation thereof as may be necessary for the proper functioning of the court.
