§ 150-1256. Annual report.

Any person who shall provide telecommunications services for compensation within the city shall file with the director of the department of utilities an annual report which shall be certified by an independent certified public accountant. Such report shall at least show the amount of gross revenue collected or received or in any manner derived by such person and the source thereof during the tax year. Such annual report shall be filed with the director not later than 60 days after the end of the tax year.
