§ 150-311. Charge and tax to be posted and printed on tickets.

  • Whenever the tax authorized by this article is collected by any theatre or motion picture house or at any other place of amusement where the admission price is advertised, the amount of the admission charge, the amount of the tax and the total of both must be specifically set out on a placard or notice of admission charge and such placard or notice must be posted at each box office window. The price and the tax to be paid by the person paying for admission shall be conspicuously and indelibly printed, stamped or written on the face or back of that part of the ticket or card of admission which is to be taken up by the management of the theatre or other place of amusement.
