§ 150-43. Same—Only 30 years covered; current and future assessments.

The director of the department of finance in making up any research certificate shall make out the same and report the condition of the charges for paving or other local improvement assessments affecting the property described on the application of the party applying therefor, for 30 years only prior to January 1 of the year in which such research certificate is applied for. But if the data showing the status of charges for paving or other local improvement assessments for the current or future years is available it shall be noted on the certificate, otherwise it shall be marked "due," unless it is ascertained by the director of the department of finance that the street in front of the property has not been paved or repaved for which paving certificates have been sold and are outstanding, which fact shall then be noted thereon.
