§ 14-213. Persons under the age of twenty-one entering gaming area—Prohibition.

  • (a)

    A person under the age of 21 shall not play any licensed gaming device or slot machine in or about a gaming area.

    (b)

    A person under the age of 21 shall not enter into or be present in or about a gaming area.

    (c)

    For the purposes of this section, a "gaming area" is defined as follows: That portion of a gaming riverboat or land-based casino in which gaming activities may be conducted. For purposes of this section, gaming activities means "any activity involving any banking or percentage game which is played with cards, dice, or any electronic, electrical or mechanical device or machine for money, property, or anything of value, but does not include video poker, a lottery, bingo, pull-tabs, raffles, electronic video bingo, cable television bingo, or race horse wagering."
