§ 14-174. Lighting and drinking fountains.

(a)

Each permittee shall provide, at all times, adequate lighting in every part of the establishment, at one footcandle throughout the establishment.

(b)

There shall be at least one sanitary drinking fountain for each 2,500 square feet of floorspace or fraction thereof.
