The term "teen club" includes teenage dance halls, discotheques, nonalcoholic bars
for teenagers, dry cabarets, juice bars, milk bars, teenage cabarets or other public
resorts to be frequented exclusively by teenagers for entertainment or amusement,
including but not limited to music, music videos, and dancing. Such establishments
shall not be licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.
