§ 14-146. Dance halls required to have telephone.

It shall be unlawful for any owners or proprietors of any hall where public balls or theatre or other similar public entertainment is held to rent them for any such purpose unless such hall shall be connected by telephone with the head office and various precinct stations of the department of police.
