§ 14-142. Exceptions.

(a)
A permit shall not be required for any municipal dance hall under the authority of the city, the parish school board, any political subdivision of the city, or any state or federal government department or agency.
(b)
A permit shall not be required of any hotel, motel, cafe, restaurant, banquet hall or catering facility where no charge or admission is imposed for the privilege of entry or dancing.
