§ 14-138. Application and license fees.

A fee shall be charged for the processing and issuance of a permit under this division in addition to a fee for the permit.

(1)

A fee schedule shall be established by the director of the department of finance and posted at the bureau of revenue.

(2)

An application fee shall be charged for each new applicant and any existing permittee seeking to move his business to a new location or to open up any new additional public dance hall or expand any existing public dance hall premises where a city building permit is required.

(3)

Owners and operators shall be required to pay an annual application fee for a permit renewal upon the expiration of the current permit.

(4)

Upon payment of the application fee and approval of the permit application by the director of the department of finance an annual permit will be issued.
