§ 14-122. Classification of public dance halls.

Public dance halls are hereby designated and rated as follows:

(1)

Class A, cabarets and nightclubs.

(2)

Class B, places or buildings owned, rented or operated by clubs and used for dancing by members or rented to others for such purposes.

(3)

Class C, all dance halls under the terms of this article not otherwise specifically classified.

(4)

Class D, dance schools and studios.

(5)

Class E, teen clubs.
