§ 14-66. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Conducted and conducting mean not only the exhibition of the circus but also all acts incident to its operation and to bringing it to or removing it from the city.
