§ 14-45. Department to enforce; inspections.

The department of health shall enforce the provisions of this article and prosecute all persons charged with violating it and to that end its officers, members, agents, employees, inspectors and appointees may enter any premises or place in the city for the purpose of inspection for violations thereof.
