§ 14-38. Failure to comply forfeits license.

Any failure on the part of any owner, agent or manager of any theatre, building used for public entertainment or place of amusement to comply with the recommendations of the department of safety and permits shall work a forfeiture of their license or permit to give performances and the mayor shall revoke such license upon the report of the director of the department of safety and permits advising such revocation.
