§ 146-581. Mixing cement, etc., on asphalt streets prohibited.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use asphalt streets for the mixing of cement and other matter in the preparation of concrete or to use such pavements for slacking lime or mixing mortar. Persons who are compelled to prepare cement, slack lime or mix mortar on asphalt streets shall be equipped with proper boards and cement boxes to protect the asphalt pavements from any injury in the preparation of such concrete or other material.
