§ 146-578. Street paving not to be damaged by heavy vehicles, etc.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, push or haul any vehicle, tractor, truck, road-grading machine, roller or other heavy object on any hard surface street paving in such a manner as to cut or cause indentations to appear in such hard surface street paving or otherwise to injure or damage such paving.
