§ 146-577. Throwing glass, etc., on streets.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to drop, place, throw and suffer to remain or to be dropped, placed or thrown upon any highway, street, lane, square or other public place in the city any broken glass, crockery, scrap iron, nails, tacks, wire or such other substance as shall cause the streets and highways of the city to become dangerous to vehicles making use of them.
(b)
Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this section shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $25.00 or imprisoned for 30 days.
