Any violation of this division may subject a violator to any remedy, legal or equitable,
available to the city. Remedies include, but are not limited to: revocation or suspension
of the operating permit, daily fines, property liens, and/or discontinuance of electrical
service. Hearings for violations of this division shall be conducted in accordance
with Chapter 6, Article II of this Code.
