Division 4A. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS |
§ 146-570. Authorized and prohibited locations.
(a)
Electric vehicle chargers shall be permitted only in conjunction with a permitted residential use in a legally occupied dwelling.
(b)
No property or parcel may have more than one electric vehicle charger installed in the right-of-way adjacent to such property or parcel.
(c)
Installation, operation, and/or maintenance of electric vehicle chargers within the right-of-way shall be prohibited in the Vieux Carré, as defined in Chapter 166 of this Code.
